We perform virtual strength/safety simulations.
From the early stages of development, we repeatedly tested hypotheses for optimizing the seat structure in a short period of time. We will make the seat development process more efficient one with the technology under development that predict sensory evaluations such as comfort and fatigue using simulations.
We will promote the expansion of the scope of simulation application and further make seat development process even more efficient one.

Belt Anchor Tester

Evaluation of seat belt retention performance to protect occupants in the event of a frontal collision, which guarantees the required strength for seats with seat belt attachment points.

Impact Thread Tester

Evaluate safety in the event of a collision using human body dummies and various and diverse sensors.
We are further developing seats with high occupant safety.

Headrest Impact Tester

Headrest performance evaluation that reduces occupant injuries in the event of an accident.
Using the latest evaluation indicators that meet the latest laws and regulations in each country, we make sure we work out the product with top quality.
