To Our Investors

President, CEO & COO

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of our shareholders and investors for their continued support and patronage.
The automotive industry, in which the TACHI-S group is involved, has currently entered a once-in-a-century transformation period with the development of CASE and MaaS, and is also facing a changing global environment with increasing uncertainty.
In order to achieve sustainable growth in the future, the TACHI-S group will drastically change the way it has been doing business and aim to become an independent company that can provide not only economic value but also social value.
In this environment, TACHI-S has formulated the medium-term management plan “Transformative Value Evolution (TVE)” for the period from FY2021 to FY2024.
The word “TVE” expresses our will to “evolve our values and provide new values through self-transformation in this era of great change”.
TVE's basic approach is to expand our business domain through three types of “Shinkha”: “Deepening,” “Innovating” and “Renewing,” which indicate the direction of our business, and to increase our corporate value by proactively investing for further growth as returning the achievements to our stakeholders.
In pursuing this business strategy, we will focus on the following three key activities: Strengthening Monozukuri competitiveness, Strengthening organizational sales capabilities, and Strengthening management foundation. We will also work to promote DX, which will serve as the foundation for these activities.
In addition to our business strategy, we have also formulated new financial and capital strategies centered on the implementation of capital cost-conscious management.
Through all of these activities, we will continue to provide economic and social value to all of our stakeholders, and promote our corporate activities toward the realization of a sustainable society.
I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my heartfelt gratitude to our shareholders and investors for their continued support and guidance to TACHI-S CO., LTD. in the future.

May, 2024
