Starting salary Graduate school graduate 216,000 yen
University graduate 204,500 yen
College of technology graduate 184,500 yen
Junior college graduate 182,000 yen
Professional graduate 182,000 yen
Bonus Twice a year (July and December)
Salary increase Once a year
Vacations and Vacations 2 days off per week (Sat. and Sun.)
GW, summer, year-end and New Year holidays: approx. 10 days
Annual paid vacation: 12 days in the first year, up to 20 days

Working Hours 9:00-18:00 (staggered work hours depending on offices and departments, 8 hours per day)
