How to work

Flexible working hours

We have introduced a flextime system to promote diverse work styles, such as "I have to pick up and drop off my children in the morning and evening," or "Let's go home early and go to the gym on this day.

Telecommuting

Depending on the nature of the work, the client may choose to work from home. We are also streamlining our operations so that they can be incorporated flexibly according to the circumstances of our personal lives.

Recommend leaving work on time

Designate every Monday and Wednesday as recommended days for leaving work on time. By making this a company-wide initiative, we aim to create an environment that allows people to have a sense of fulfillment in their work.

Sideline

Tachi-S wants to help employees design careers that fit their lifestyles. A number of employees have side jobs with company approval.

Paid leave accrual promotion day

We encourage employees to actively take paid vacations before and after the three long holidays each year: year-end and New Year vacations, Golden Week vacations, and summer vacations. It is easy to refresh yourself by traveling or returning home.

Education and Training

New employee training

In four months, you will learn the basics of being a business person. After joining the company, the new employee will learn business manners and basic knowledge of car seats for about two weeks. This will be followed by three months of factory training, during which the students will actually touch sheets and parts and experience the manufacturing process firsthand. Thereafter, a two-week follow-up training will be conducted to prepare for this assignment. Please be assured that even after assignment, we will continue to support your growth through work training in each department as well as a mentor system and other support.

Competency training

The company supports the skill development of each individual after his or her new employee period. We offer a wide range of training programs to develop the skills required at each level, including communication training for member-level employees, team activation training for leader-level employees, and management training for managerial-level employees.

Specialized education

Sheet production is divided into various types of jobs and tasks, each requiring specialized knowledge. Tachi-S has a system in place for in-house learning of necessary expertise. Therefore, you do not need to be knowledgeable at first. Please make sure you learn it well after joining the company.

Company-wide common education

Compliance with laws and regulations and adaptability to change are important for lasting corporate development. By conducting training and awareness-raising activities on compliance, diversity, harassment, etc., we are creating a comfortable working environment for all employees.
